Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use it for payroll, time, recruiting, and now pulse. We want a one stop shop to be able to grow our employee experience and education. It works for the most part. There are pain points but we are still learning how to use it. But there are 2 of us in our department. Which means not a lot of learning or education on “how to” is available .

Pros

  • Creating an opportunity to get certified

Cons

  • Customer service consistency
  • Integration transition(please bring back a key person to help us and our organization)
  • Workflow education
  • PTO accrual system doesn’t work we don’t have yet to have a year that carry over works
  • Rules, plans and types are hard to navigate which then effects employees
  • Training opportunities with top developers in fast track was well worth it
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - Payroll efficiency is huge! We have it down to 6 hours instead of 3 business days.
I know it would work but I just don’t have the time. Also forms need to only be accessed by managers. Or that option should be able to exist so employees can’t use them.
It integrates with our broker.

The great part is that integrates with the other products we use like our broker. We would want to be more educated during integration so when we hit play we are more well equipped

We understand that there are pain points and a need for more learning and education resources, and we are continuously working to improve in these areas. We also appreciate your feedback on the PTO accrual system and the need for easier navigation of rules, plans, and types. We will take these suggestions into consideration for future updates.
