Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We use it for payroll, time, recruiting, and now pulse. We want a one stop shop to be able to grow our employee experience and education. It works for the most part. There are pain points but we are still learning how to use it. But there are 2 of us in our department. Which means not a lot of learning or education on “how to” is available .

- PTO accrual system doesn’t work we don’t have yet to have a year that carry over works
- Rules, plans and types are hard to navigate which then effects employees
- Training opportunities with top developers in fast track was well worth it
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - Payroll efficiency is huge! We have it down to 6 hours instead of 3 business days.
