We use for all of our 13 facilities

Pros

  • Payroll piece handles check runs very well
  • converting reports to excel for further analysis

Cons

  • Customer service- can get different answers if you chat and know that the answer is not correct and then call
  • Always setting up cases and then it takes weeks to get a response or case is closed with no resolution
  • Always making changes to screens or processes that just need to be left alone
  • at this point, i'm not seeing increased efficiency.

I like the app and the website; however, things keep changing and it's hard to keep up with where to take care of things

Never seemed to get an answer or resolution to a problem when contacting Customer Service. Answers take quite a while to get resolved.
