Pros

  • Premium Support features
  • Easy to use Paygrid
  • Deductions are easy
  • Wizards are easy to use for employees and admins

Cons

  • Basic support was not good when we used that
  • Having an enhanced peer recognition platform would be nice, current engage platform is basic
  • The Tax service is terrible slow and often causes issues for our team
  • Employees have been very unhappy with issues surrounding the time off platform
  • The document library is finally improving but employees were frustrated with this one for years
Paycor has a nice system that is relatively easy for the consumer to use. I never hear about navigation issues from any of our team members, mostly the opposite that it is easy to navigate.
Paycor is nice from a user perspective. The employees have very easy navigation on their side.

Would you buy Paycor again?

Yes

Paycor had many issues for years and years and we finally got to the point where things have improved when we added on Premium support. I love this option but do not think you should be responsible for paying additional money for good support.
