Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor to track time and pay all of our employees. I am the payroll specialist and I enter payroll and transfer time from another database into Paycor weekly I have not encountered any major issues since I started using Paycor in March of 2025 it's the first time I've used Paycor.

Pros

  • Customer service is excellent
  • Ease of use
  • Answers questions fast
  • Ease of use for app users

Cons

  • I'm very satisfied with the product
  • It's a great program at good rates
I have done trainings and learned the system is proficient
