Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity is used for our payroll company wide. For a year we used it to clock-in and out however our company went in a different direction and discontinued using this function. It is still used to process payroll out of our corporate office.
- I liked how you could use it to schedule employees
- See when employees clocked in and out and who was absent by way of the scheduler
- How you could create templates for each individual employee and assign it
- We paid employees 8 hours even if they worked for 7.5. It was difficult to get the program to understand this so we always had to over write this
- Have it integrate with Microsoft Outlook so that there could be reminders if an employee forgot to clock in.
- Automatic clock out for lunches would have helped
- Helps with submitting payroll quicker
- Reduced the time employees spent submitting payroll for processing
Have not used other products for time clock management
