Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Employee files, payroll, EEO1, ACA, time and labor, reports, organization. Paylocity is a software that I am using pretty much at all times and helps make my job so much easier! Whether it is pulling timecard reports, or more specialized reports.

  • Make the same options available on the mobile version and computer version. The updates have taken some things away, such as employees being able to update their taxes.
  • Payroll faster/can do payroll anywhere.
  • Reports save time
We do not use them too much. I think the reminders of anniversaries and birthdays is nice though.

I wish it was easier to audit timecards. I had to do an audit in 2023 of timecards over a long period of time and it was difficult as a user to navigate that.
