Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use it for payroll, time off requests, community platform, record keeping, etc... It is our primary HRIS system. It helps track FMLA hours used, Osha Tracking Cases, Reporting through workflows, gaining employee feedback, tracking time off, and various other issues.
Pros
- easy to use employee platform
- Community Platform.
Cons
- Complexity of adding FMLA hours
- over complexity in adding workflows
- adding leave buckets for FMLA/PTO or FMLA/Wellness
- being able to share reports
- training its staff to share the same information
- Better data
- keeping everything in one system
it has allowed us to keep everything in one system so we do not need to manually input from one system to another
It has given us a better platform for Peer to Peer recognition and public recognition. The survey's allow us to keep everything in one location and collect feedback from employees.
