Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We currently are using your Time and Labor and HR payroll system for 6 medical groups within California. Last year, two medical groups were transitioned from their previous payroll system to Paylocity because of the success of the other four medical groups executed payrolls through Paylocity. Paylocity's payroll system is a relief and comfort to execute payrolls. :) Thank you.

Pros

  • Account manager and representatives are always courteous, pleasant, helpful and always resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • The system is very user friendly, reliable, and efficient

Cons

  • Reports - easier to build or spot training on tough creations
  • Positive impact on time spent on processing payrolls
  • Positive impact when error(s) result in reports, and payrolls.
