Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity as our HRIS system. Paylocity is a very integral part of our business. We utilize it for several different reasons such as payroll, document filing, onboarding, pay verification and more. With the new developments within Paylocity we are always learning new ways to utilize the system. Our product assists us daily.

The automated payroll function has assisted us in streamlining pay, reimbursements and benefit deductions. Being able to see everything on one platform is convenient and helpful.

Paylocity is well suited for smaller scale companies that have more time to keep an eye on the little things. There are constant issue for our company in the benefits platform along with the taxes assistance. With a larger company that does not have an eye on the day to day, things would fall through the cracks and be out of compliance.
