Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

In our organization, I use Paylocity's complete HRIS (human resources information system) suite

Pros

  • Pleasant customer service
  • Initial contact time

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in Paylocity with Integration between modules
  • I think the Paylocity Ongoing lack of resolution has room for improvement
  • low cost per head
Moderately with technical errors requiring extensive investigation
I gave Paylocity this usability rating because, in my opinion, If it has errors, being simple to use is not valid
