Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I utilize the ATS and we also utilize the on-boarding.

It centralizing our candidates and connects to multiple platforms.

Pros

  • Capture candidate info
  • Allows information to track though out the hiring process.
  • Saves data for later use

Cons

  • Interfacing with Indeed and Linkedin
Greatly assisted in streamlining the hiring process.
There are a few things that I have mentioned that could be better.
