If asked, I think I would tell a colleague that, in my experience, Paylocity is Suited for payroll needs b it not for integrations with other systems like okta. Needs help in that area and more investment in that space. Would need some extra help in that area. Also other ats (applicant tracking system) systems would be an added plus for the system. International help would also be recommended for future use.
