I have been using Paytm for some time now because of the wide range of products and services that I can pay for quickly and easily, I just linked my bank accounts and since then I can pay phone, electricity, water or heating bills without having to expose my bank details as it is a virtual wallet. My bank details are protected, and I can make my payments from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, we tried to contact them several times and did not always receive a response, so I had to resort to forums and other means to avoid the stagnation of payments.
