- allows boxes to be checked
- allows signature
- allows external saving of data
- should allow external saves to be to a user selected directory
- alignment of input data is not always the same on exported document as the internal working document.
- does not allow the signing of a document with an imbedded signature block
- less expensive than other solutions
- saves time because of its ease of use
