Overall Satisfaction with Pega 7 Platform

I have been developing BPM/Case Management solutions for some of the major firms for the past 9 years and I must say it’s a very fulfilling and rewarding experience. I feel lucky to be associated with Pega, because it happened by chance not by choice. Pega has been reinventing itself time and again, adapting itself to the ever changing market conditions. It started as a work flow solution, then enhanced itself as a case management solution, with various industry specific frameworks. It has become the leader of the BPM world. With the very critical speed to market, high availability, low code (getting lower with every release) designing experience, adherence to the BPM standards and more, it earned trust and is continuing to place itself as the leader in BPM. I have particularly used Pega to develop CRM solutions, pure workflow solutions and all the clients are immensely happy with the product and the support they get from Pega.
