Overall Satisfaction with Pega Platform
Pega is being used by my department to manage and allocate work to different teams and individual. It is also being used to integrate a few different systems within my department.
- Pega routes work to the appropriate teams and team members really well
- Pega generates meaningful and insightful reports
- Pega handles changes to business rules pretty well
- Using Pega on mobile devices is not as good as using it on a desktop
- It takes a long time for users to learn to modify the business rules delegated to them
- Pega looks very basic, as suppose to new and exciting
- We have been able to increase the turnaround time for our projects
- We have been able to increase our customer satisfaction
- We have been able to increase our employee satisfaction
