Overall Satisfaction with Pega Platform

Pega is being used by my department to manage and allocate work to different teams and individual. It is also being used to integrate a few different systems within my department.
  • Pega routes work to the appropriate teams and team members really well
  • Pega generates meaningful and insightful reports
  • Pega handles changes to business rules pretty well
  • Using Pega on mobile devices is not as good as using it on a desktop
  • It takes a long time for users to learn to modify the business rules delegated to them
  • Pega looks very basic, as suppose to new and exciting
  • We have been able to increase the turnaround time for our projects
  • We have been able to increase our customer satisfaction
  • We have been able to increase our employee satisfaction
Pega Platform is very good for managing work/distributing tasks to teams/ team members.
