Overall Satisfaction with Pegasystems
Pegasystem is used at Wells Fargo by Retirement Services. We support the 401(k) business, from customer services to managing the workflow for the operations. Pega tracks multiple workflows., Fulfilments. Pega helps increase productivity & set priorities of work, better tracking of workload per employee. Other units use it but I am not familiar with them.
- Assign work, system has flexibility to assign work based on rules or let manager do it
- Flexibility of designing flows
- Integration with Java & Javascript
- Access Control: not easy to limit developers to part of system. No easy "read only" access for troubleshooting production.
- SMA and Node info & agent: not easy to know at glance on which node an agent is running. If agent not running on that Node the sma should not display the agent since status is incorrectly displayed.
- Limited out of the box report tools: BIX has limitations and need bug fixes. Data is mostly stored in blob, efficient way to use but not suitable for reports without extracting it.
