I use Penelope [by Social Solutions] to track programs, attendance of programs and make notes regarding clients at our facility. I use this product every day. It is a way to track participation and gather statistics about programming.
- Provides us with statistics regarding programming
- Allows us to track each program
- Allows us to make Case notes regarding clients.
- The organization of client data-base
- Booking clients who participate in multiple programs
- Make it more user friendly (very hard to understand at first)
- Better privacy settings on client information
- Increased number of programs
- Improved data quality
