Overall Satisfaction with PerformYard
We use it to set company and employees' goals, track performance against these goals, and review performance, which is based on annual salary review and possible promotions/change of roles.
Pros
- Ease of use
- Easy to give credit for accomplishment - private or public view.
- Easy to track progress on any given goal.
Cons
- Some workarounds are needed for certain tasks. For example, multiple goals are all entered into a single description.
- System can be inflexible.
- Navigation from/to certain sections requires more clicks than it should.
- Definitely positive, with clear goals set and accountability parameters.
