Overall Satisfaction with PiiQ by Cornerstone

Really user friendly!
Great customer support
We use PiiQ for performance management tracking as well as learning and informational videos.

Pros

  • Their competency templates
  • Cyber U videos
  • Customer service

Cons

  • Opportunity to adjust competency templates without erasing all past information
  • Our current contract that includes Cyber U will prove to provide a positive ROI as the library and training videos are more robust.
Utilized vendor assistance but overall can navigate PiiQ very well without much guidance.
PiiQ is very user-friendly.
Really great for ease of use and performance management. Can be tailored to each business's specific needs.
