Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive
Pipedrive is being used by my organization through managing sales and new business pipelines. Is it being used across the whole organization but managed by the growth team. It addresses business problems such as transparent contact storage, management of leads, tracking of new business prospects. Multiple stages are used within the pipeline to track progress from contact to prospect to sale. It eliminates the need for admin and provides one transparent location for teams to view and edit our CRM.

- Track activities (including reminders).
Cons
- Easier import functionality.
- More robust customization.
- Efficient and transparent tracking of new business.
- A reduced need for admin tasks.
I have not used products similar to Pipedrive.
