Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive
We used Pipedrive as our CRM for an employee recognition software startup. It was mostly used by sales though other departments had access to it as well. Our goal was to find an economical and easy to use CRM that can scale as the team grows. Daily activity includes calling, emailing, and progressing deals.
Pros
- Easy to see your deal activity at a glance.
- Importing wasn't great but better than other systems I've used.
- They started making progress on built VOIP calling
Cons
- Support was very poor. It was hard to track conversations and the agents weren't knowledgeable.
- We had lots of problems with integrations
- Price kept on rising.
- It ended up wasting more time than it saved.
- Between the poor integrations and support, I wasted countless hours that could've been spent with my team and clients.
I'm a huge fan of HubSpot. It is more aligned with how most salespeople work than any other CRM out there. It's modern enough that you don't have to spend hours trying to figure out how to do things. While they continue to raise the price, it is still a great value.
