Overall Satisfaction with PitchBook

We run full funnel marketing campaigns on behalf major IT and Software vendors.
Part of the process is knowing how to prioritise accounts to target.
Several of the metrics we use to help us with this are Revenue Growth & Funding Status.
We also use the funding notes and company description provided to analyse the the top priorities within an account.
These data points are accumulated and contribute to a propensity score.
We also are able to use the funding status to find other IT Vendors for us to approach directly about new marketing campaigns.

We've only ever had to engage with customer service once or twice in the time we've been using Pitchbook.
They took around 24 hours to respond and had the answer for us - although the ask was actually something they did not have available we were able to quickly move onto alternative ideas.
We often use the data in pitchbooks to analyse financial market trends to know where to both target our campaigns that run on behalf of our clients as well as our internal marketing campaigns looking to drive new business.
We've had good success when using this data and are likely to continue using this method.
The matching process is fairly simple and comprehensive.
The search and filter functions are clear and easy to use.
We are able to export all information so that we do not miss any details when consuming the information.
The layout of the extracts is sensible and the data easy to consume.
We use Pitchbooks concurrently with HG and ZoomInfo Sales.
Pitchbooks primarily brings the funding status and information to the table.
However, it's company description that is available in the extract along with the revenue growth figures have also been useful when collating the data.
It does not have as much contact information as Zoominfo nor the tech database that HG has but this was made clear when purchasing the solution.

For our business being able to segregate and prioritise data is essential in keeping overall costs down.
Rather than targeted thousands of accounts we need to be able to reduce this number or at least manage which are prioritised first.
Whilst it is not the only data vendor we use it is an important one in filling gaps that others do not seem to have reliable information for.
It is not the best tool for mapping in revenue or employee size, which is not essential for us as we have other data vendor contracts that have this information.
