Planful Upped Our Game

Planful is used for total company budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and internal reporting processes. It has solved a host of problems including but not limited to: version control of budget files, reporting errors form manual data manipulation, and wasted time on report building. Both finance team members AND department leaders are in the platform, and we are able to work collaboratively on budgets and forecasts. Now with all financial data and detailed notes centralized in one place, we are able to have much more efficient conversations on monthly results. With time saved on creating executive level reports, we are able to develop the story instead of sharing numbers on the screen. Planful has upped our finance game!

Version control issues are a thing of the past. We work together on a live planning template where we can house notes, comments, and attachments. This leads to better knowledge of the budget for all parties. Planful makes the budgeting process less transactional and more interactive. Department leaders build their budgets in Planful planning templates with little intervention from finance business partners.
