Overall Satisfaction with Planview PPM Pro
In our organization, we are using Planview PPM Pro for Time tracking and project management. It's easier to track time with Planview PPM Pro as we can find Project codes and Tasks in an organized manner otherwise it's always a struggle to find out appropriate project codes and respective tasks. We can see reports also from the dashboard and can track our extra time. For managers, there is much more to explore with the reports for project management purposes.

- Improvement can be done on UI.
- Much room is till there for improvement on Project Management.
- Planview PPM Pro is suite of multiple tools, so it reduce maintenance of multiple applications.
- Decommissioning of other tools saved cost as PPM can do most of the jobs.
- Planview PPM Pro has saved overall costing and expenditure.

Planview PPM Pro is a suite of multiple products which makes it different from other tools. PMO-related features are easy to use. Time tracking is much less cumbersome as compared to other tools. Also, the interface is clean but UI looks a bit old school. Navigation within the tool is sleek and it's easy to switch across different parts of the tool.
