Overall Satisfaction with Planview PPM Pro
Planview PPM Pro is used as a portfolio and project management tool for the IT PMO. PPM Pro provides us with centralized, high level view of ongoing portfolios and projects.
- Reports and dashboards to report on the big picture
- The pre-built reports and dashboards
- The managed resource management section
- Managing rates for resources and financials for projects
- There seem to be old features like role groups that don't seem to be useful but would be if implemented correctly
- The portfolio area feels light on features
