We use Planview PPM Pro in the PMO to track projects, schedules, expenses, and issues/risks.

Pros

  • Schedule is easy to create
  • Dashboards give quick overview of projects
  • issues and risks are easy to track
  • Creating projects is easy

  • Tracking resources
  • Better visual aids
  • It has sped up the decision making process
  • It allows for better oversight

Planview is a great software program for tracking projects. It has all the functionality you need to get started and they are adding more capabilities all the time including AI functions and widgets.
