Overall Satisfaction with Planview Projectplace

Projectplace is a good application to manage resources that are involved in multiple projects. It allows for clear tracking of information requests, files shared and defect management.

Pros

  • Assigning tasks to resources across multiple projects
  • Upload, review and share files for multiple projects and across organisational boundaries - a one-stop solution

Cons

  • Issue functionality is cumbersome to use, not always easy to filter for open issues or use multiple filters.
  • Projectplace enable us to get projects back on track by allowing us to manage all open tasks on the project.
Projectplace provided all the required capabilities and features required to manage the project.
Well suited for vendors that have resources working across multiple projects, planning, resourcing and delivering projects in a matrix environment.
