Overall Satisfaction with Planview Projectplace
Planview Projectplace is being used at a small scale in the organization at this time, there are significant efforts of sharing it within the organization to promote adoption as a part of the Flex program. It addresses a more Agile approach for Project Management, collaborating, and managing work items for the Business community vs the IT community. The app is used in English and within a few departments within the organization thus far.
- Kanban Boards
- Collaboration through the boards and cards
- Sharing of documents via a Public Link/Space
- Easier to manage tasks/activities as a Resource/Contributor
- Ability to be used in a Agile approach
- Enhancement of the Costing piece, you should at least be able to add your resources and expenditure and get a calculated estimated budget
- Financial - basic - at least cost based on effort
- Better Reporting within the tool like the Leankit reports
- User Friendly and intuitive
- Ability to support working remote with the ability to collaborate
- Friendly Account Administration for Admins
