Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox is used by the QA department to measure the management quality of various departments. It is also used to train new processes and reviews. Through Playvox they study the statistics of each agent and make evaluations of each management. The statistics are also displayed by means of graphs and the evaluations are searched by calendar.

  • It has a quality management section.
  • That you can store learning videos in a cloud.
  • Have agendas to remember events.
  • I want it to have video conference rooms.
  • It has helped optimize agent processes.
  • It is collaborative.

Playvox is compared with that software since it is adaptable to the needs of each company, they adapt to the modules of statistics, inventories, authorizations, quality of management.
I currently use Playvox because it is the one used in this company where I work. Playvox is really a very effective tool.

Playvox is 100% recommended. It is well suited for learning through quizzes. It is adaptable for coach and learning modes. It would really be more effective to have meeting rooms so that you do not have to go to other external applications. It would be more appropriate where you can make a knowledge database in the cloud.
