We use it as a platform to recognize people, to post any work related info, coaching purposes, redeeming points. It serves as a social media platform within the company.

  • Easy to use.
  • Colorful in a way that people love to see.
  • Sometimes it is laggy.
  • There [is] some latency when you try to click on a particular option.
  • Boost up confidence of each employee.
  • Time efficient in a way that we can easily sign the coaching sessions.
  • Improved customer service in terms of providing assistance to our clients.
i think Playvox is better because it is more user friendly. monday.com tends to lag often.

Playvox serves as a social media platform within the company. It also helps with coaching sessions and help you view your awards. Without it, it would be hard for us to do coaching sessions and provide feedback to employees.
