Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

My organization uses Playvox as a way to show our knowledge base, show the qualities results, and more information. Usually we address the most common problems that our clients have. We have the points program for all the employees and we can buy things with qualities results points. It's very useful.

Pros

  • Organization- it is very intuitive and easy to see information.
  • The design is very user friendly.
  • The feed is beautiful.

Cons

  • The chat option.
  • The profile photo bigger.
  • Nocturnal mode.
The organization doesn't use any other system like Playvox.

[It] is a good way to share information of trainings, to have contact with my coworkers, and to implement intern[al] policies of the organization. Playvox lacks chat conversations making [it] difficult to communicate instantaneously. The design could have the nocturne mode, because it's much better for a cleaner visualization of the web site.
