Overall Satisfaction with Playvox
Playvox is being used by the whole organization as an important data source and as an assessment tool too. All the knowledge into this platform is intuitive to reach the information needed right away. I'm attending to my clients rapidly by the means of using Playvox content and also following my performance at the same time.
- Catches the detailed evaluation process of each employee individually.
- Organizes knowledge in a way that is intuitive and easily reachable.
- Establishes well-rounded communication throughout the organization by the means of announcements inside the platform.
- It's also possible to coach employees who are not performing so well.
- It's a little difficult adapting between the English language and Portuguese. This has some room for improvement.
- I had difficulty setting my quality assessment when it comes to establishing quarters and days. It was not possible to set specific days, but a quarter.
- Sometimes, I have some update problems with my organization community. I receive a notification that does not exist.
- Improved communication of new related company content.
- Playvox has brought a more accurate mindset, aiming at the enhancement of processes quality. This is possible through the assessment tools.
- Turned out possible working from home without losing track.
Agent experience is improved at the same time they use this platform. Research is time-consuming, but having Playbox as a source you don't waste so much of your time searching for the content, mostly because is well-organized. Productivity, thus, is enhanced because the information is right around the corner.
It was certain Playvox’s automation tools had a positive impact on our QA and WFM processes in a way employees are well-sourced with information and tools provided by the platform, enhancing their productivity and providing more accurate service. At the same time, leaders can have better control and more complete indicators from their own employees.

Playvox is well suited when it comes to evaluating employees searching through right away into the database. This platform is essential for researching content during my attendments. In the whole organization, Playvox is our first and the most valuable source, running as a reference. This is less appropriate for informal communication between all the colleagues since it's not made for that purpose.
