Overall Satisfaction with Playvox
The tool is used throughout the organization. It is used for quality assessment notes and training courses, and is also used as a data library. It is at Playvox that I find all the articles with all the information I need to carry out my daily work.
In my case, I am the agent of the organization. Playvox works great for me as it provides all the relevant information I need to access on a daily basis. So, in a way, the Playvox tool directly affects my daily work in a very positive way.

The knowledge base part is pretty cool. There, I have access to courses given and important information. The library part is also very useful to quickly access important information that needs to be passed on to customers. I can't see the feed working well. It actually works, but it's not used very much by the company. Therefore, it is unusable.
