Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox is used in my specific department. Supervisors use it to give feedback on specific tickets of every single agent. The feedback is separated in few categories rated in %. It's very useful to track your own performance on tickets and what specific areas you are good at, and what you need to improve in.
  • Track progress.
  • Gather feedback from supervisors.
  • Gather news of the company.
  • Make it easier to track the weekly/monthly/yearly progress.
  • Lack of private direct messages.
  • Less buggy "dispute" feature.
  • Improvement on agent's performance.
  • Agents having an easy and clear way to track their progress.

Playvox is great to use in case of needing to gather feedback on your own performance. Tracking it is a big step towards realizing what needs improvement and getting to know how to work on it. Additionally, it can be a good way to gather the company's news on anything work-related or plain social.
