Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox is being used across the whole organization. It brings solutions for training and keeping the standards on customer service and the company's culture. It also addresses the quality evaluations and interactions between the different departments. We can also receive recognition tokens when we reach the minimum expected on our evaluations. In general, it is present in every department.

Since I'm an employee, the company chose the tool, and it's been a pleasant experience to have it available. I haven't used any other product like Playvox.

My experience with Playvox has been enjoyable. The layout is clean and intuitive, making it a great asset for companies, especially for newly hired employees. Keeping training materials at reach is rather useful, so everybody can easily go back to them if doubts arise. Furthermore, the possibility of having all essential information a click away makes it a valuable tool for every different team.
