Overall Satisfaction with Playvox
Playvox is being used across the whole organization. It brings solutions for training and keeping the standards on customer service and the company's culture. It also addresses the quality evaluations and interactions between the different departments. We can also receive recognition tokens when we reach the minimum expected on our evaluations. In general, it is present in every department.
