Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Yes, it is usually used continuously, especially by employees since it is very easy to use, is comfortable, you can have the results immediately, see the progress quickly and in an orderly way, and it is simple to learn how to use it. You practically do not need to have a lot of experience with the platform to know how it works, and if any doubt arises it is resolved by consulting direct managers or a colleague. I hope to continue using it in the future because it is a very useful tool at work.

It is good to be used in training for new personnel of a company who learn new skills, concepts, and information. The cons would be that it is not good to know the skills of workers such as teamwork, empathy, responsibility, and emotional stability. Those skills must be evaluated in person to know if the person fits the job.
