Playvox is the best monitoring software for any Quality analyst, as all tasks any quality analyst needs it, Playvox support it, you can monitor the agents daily using Playvox, coaching them imma if they get any failure, making calibration meeting with other quality teams, making calibration with another quality teams to make sure that we are on the same track.

Playvox is the best monitoring software I have ever seen as all tasks you need as a quality analyst are provided on the Playvox, we can monitor the agents daily and add comments on each attribute they get failure in it and add feedback summary at the end of each evaluation as we can attach photos which explain to the agents in a clear way why they get the failures.
