Overall Satisfaction with Postmark
We use Postmark to send transactional emails from our own website. This includes e-commerce sales/receipts and support requests/messaging. We also use Postmark to handle inbound messaging and routing.
- Deliverability is far better than any other ESP I've used
- Customer support is quick, friendly and passionate
- You can tell this is a small company which cares about their services
- Nice UI with a clear 45-day history of messages/events
- The new Rebound API is awesome for catching users who enter the wrong email address during an order/signup request
- I wish there was an annual payment option. Currently, you can only pay monthly.
- Fewer support requests for "I have not received my order email!??!111"
- More happy customers receiving their orders faster
In terms of UI and deliverability, Postmark really blows other ESPs out of the water. We've seen a huge improvement in delivery rates, especially for Outlook/Live/Hotmail email addresses.
