Would you buy Power Apps again?

Yes

Power Apps is well suited for scenarios involving large and complex forms, even when the form contains more than 200 fields, provided the fields need to be dynamically handled based on user input. Power Apps is less suited for scenarios where a very large volume of data needs to be stored or processed in the backend table, especially when this involves high-frequency transactions, bulk data inserts, or complex data processing requirements.
