We use it to schedule doctors appointments: initial appointments, follow up appointments, and problem visits. Our clinical team also uses it as a database for information, charts, and other things. We also use it for our transportation services in order to have vans pick people up to take them to and from appointments. We leave notes, contact information, and hold slots for one another.
With Lightning, it is much easier to work with other people. We are able to more quickly collaborate with others and make sure that nothing is falling through the cracks. In the past, with Prime Suite, it has not been very streamlined or simple to connect patients with the correct clinician. Salesforce is more comprehensive.
