Overall Satisfaction with PrinterLogic
We use Vasion's PrinterLogic for helping to mitigate printer problems within the IT world. Vasion's PrinterLogic has definitely changed our day to day interactions and call flow. It has dramatically decreased. This is a blessing because the bulk of our calls where printer related problems, now we are able to take more calls, but 70 percent of our printer calls have stopped!! I would definitely recommend this product.
Pros
- Local users can add their own printers
- If you have multiple locations, Vasion's PrinterLogic installs the printers according to their IP's
- Admins have their work flow cut in half from not having printer calls as often
