Overall Satisfaction with Vasion PrinterLogic
We use it to automate deployment of printers by Active Directory groups or OUs. We also show users how they can add a printer on their own, without needing an admin's intervention.
Pros
- Deploying printers to groups.
- Updating printer drivers or port changes.
- Self-service options.
Cons
- It would be great if you could select multiple printers at once, then choose where to deploy them.
- When launching the Add Printer software to access the portal, the browsers still think the extension needs installing despite it being set to Enable.
- Saves time and resources by automating deployment of printers, and any changes to said printer settings.
- Helps upper management keep tabs on print job expenses.
