Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

I've used Printfection in many ways. 1. Swag for events 2. Holiday gifting 3. Employee branding campaigns The most pressing business case addressed was the centralization of shipping and fulfillment. This single feature from Printfection saved us tons of man-hours. Also, the customer support team is top-notch and really is in tune with our business from providing ideas to sourcing. I really consider them to be a strategic partner.

  • Sometimes the pricing is a little higher than competitors. I feel that the higher cost is worth it based on the value add in other areas.

As previously stated, customer support is top-notch. We also have conversations post-implementation to determine if something worked/didn't work, stuff we loved/hated, and proactively discuss upcoming projects.
Most of the features were the same. Sendoso has a Salesforce integration that was super attractive as well as some direct mail features that could be nice. None of these were deal breakers. Ultimately I chose Printfection because of its price and ease of use.

Creative recommendations: I have many times when I need swag to fit a specific theme for an event. The creative team does a great job of interpreting what I'm looking for and then making specific recommendations. Account Management: If you want to manage swag but more from a hands-off perspective, these are your guys. They pitch in as if they are members of your team to make the experience painless.
