Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

We use Printfection to print and manage swag items that we then send to our customers on a weekly basis. By using Printfection, we can show a small token of appreciation for our loyal customers and thank them for everything they do for us.

  • Their CS reps are very helpful with sourcing the exact swag you're looking for.

  • I wish there were notifications for when swag sizes (like t-shirts) are running out. The lead time for printing and shipping swag to the fulfillment center can be quite lengthy (3-6 weeks)

I haven't used competitor products but when comparing Printfection to doing everything in-house, Printfection is the clear winner. We've been able to save so much time with a super easy-to-use and affordable platform.
