Overall Satisfaction with Procare
Procare has allowed us to move forward in a positive way, implementing more online communication with parents. It provides easy access for parents to check in throughout the day and communicate directly with the caregivers in their child's classroom. This open communication proves to aid in the level of care we wish to provide at our center. Communication includes daily information about their child, monthly newsletters and curriculum information.

We have used Sandbox, which was bought out by Procare and will become obsolete. The program had many good features, but in most ways we find that Procare has surpassed Sandbox. The interface as a staff person is very user-friendly, messages are more easily sent to parents, and parents have found this simple to navigate as well.
