Overall Satisfaction with Procare
Procare manages parent notifications, communication and billing for all families at the facility. As I parent I use Procare to monitor my child's acitivities throughout the day, as well as communicate with caregivers through the messaging features. We also have auto-pay setup in Procare for weekly billing. Procare is also what is used to sign children in and out of daycare daily and all documents are housed in the Procare app as well.
- Daily child sign-in/out for all guardians or authorized adults.
- Messaging app functions very well.
- Notifications for different types of activities can be turned on or off based on parent preference.
- Cannot setup or change auto-pay settings in the app.
- If multiple children are in different schools that both use Procare, you must switch schools in order to see notifications from each child.
- Cannot see/control who messages go to whether they need to be see by room staff or administration.
