In need of a few improvements, but it's definitely streamlined our processes!
Overall Satisfaction with Process Street
Currently, process street is only used by the Customer Success team at my company. We use it for a few purposes:
1. Organize our onboarding process for both new partners as well as renewing partners.
2. Organize our ongoing outreach plan for all partners.
3. Send questionnaires to partners.
4. Organize notes for our mid-year check-Ins.
Prior to Process Street, we had other systems in place for most of these tasks but we did not yet have an ongoing outreach email plan.

Pros
- Support. We love Anne!
- Really easy (and weirdly fun) to build out lists and create emails.
Cons
- A bit buggy.
- Don't love the way the inbox is built.
- We're hoping it will play into improved renewal rates now that we have a concrete outreach plan.
I wasn't much involved with the selection of Process Street. In the past, we recorded most of the things that are now in Process Street using tools from Google Suite. Once we did switch over to Process Street, we started doing questionnaires in PS rather than doing on Google Forms (which we would have traditionally done) as a way to reduce the platforms we were on.
