Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Procore is being used in all of our projects . I t helps organize the documentation of the projects and the ability to pull up blueprints in the field is a big help. I mainly use Procore to track daily activity and send observations to subs as part of quality control. I have recommended this product to other construction companies.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Daily activity tracking.
Being able to access the most up to date prints is a huge advantage as well.
Sending observations as a quality control tool makes it easy to track where help is needed and where you can do better.

Cons

Creating a punch list through the app is too time-consuming when you are trying to punch units in bulk.

Likelihood to Recommend

Procore is great in the construction atmosphere for general contractors, architects, owners reps, and subcontractors. It Is not well suited for subcontractor suppliers or smaller companies who have smaller projects that only last a few weeks. We use it on the daily basis as our main source to find information from the blueprints, to contacting a sub with the directory.
