Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is a software we use in our company every day and it makes operations within our company ever more efficient. Since Procore has added the new Construction OS our company uses this software as whole.

Pros

  • All of your documents are centrally located and in one place, which helps for other subcontractors or suppliers to view the information they need.
  • The submittal process is very efficient and the workflow is smooth.
  • RFIs can be created right on the app while you are at the job site.

Cons

  • Understanding the meeting minutes process can be somewhat confusing.
  • Navigating through the software can be confusing at times for subcontractors or suppliers who do not use it as often.
  • Procore has made our company way more efficient and I couldn't imagine going through the construction process without it.
  • Procore saves a lot of time because all of the documents such as submittals, punch list items, and RFIs are located in one location and for everyone to see.
My company implemented Procore shortly before I started my employment.
The Procore app is great and comes in handy while on the job site. An RFI, change event, or an observation, just to name a few, can be started right there by the superintendent and he can then distribute it to the respected people.
